In Vietnam, the first recorded cases of influenza A (H1N1)

In Vietnam, the first recorded cases of human influenza A (H1N1). This was reported on Sunday, the Ministry of Health.

According to a representative of this department, a new flu virus was detected in 23-year-old local student, who returned to Vietnam from the United States. Currently, the patient is receiving treatment in hospital of tropical diseases of southern Vietnamese city of Ho Chi Minh.

The first officially confirmed cases influenza A (H1N1) Ministry of Health has sent all the medical prescriptions and medical-prophylactic institutions of the country, requiring the shall immediately report any similar symptoms, if any, will be found in any of the treatment and care.

At the same time, border authorities, in whose conduct is the management of the 17 air, sea and land control border points in the territory of Viet Nam, the regime instructed to tighten health checks on arrival in Vietnam.
