Court authorized the arrest of a lawyer for the theft of the inheritance of 7 million euros and $6 million

Kuz’minskii Moscow court sanctioned the arrest of lawyer Eugene Skoblikova accused of staging the theft of € 7 million and $6 million from the estate of the Novosibirsk businessman Sergei Rovbelya, which was owed to his parents.

“The court decided to elect Skoblikova accused of committing a crime under Part 4 st159 Criminal Code (fraud on a large scale) measure of restraint in the form of detention” – announced the decision of the judge. According to the court case, September 23 Skoblikov received from family Rovbel notarized power of attorney to represent their interests in commercial banks of Russia and in Sberbank. By proxy, he was to receive money owed to them after the death of his son. In late October, he was in Moscow at the head office of Sberbank of $6 million and 7 million euros.

October 27 Skoblikov was detained and the investigation turned to the court for authorization to arrest him.
