The company Boeing the delivery schedule, frustrated superlaynera new Boeing 787 Dreamliner to six months

(BA) on Wednesday reported that it was forced to postpone delivery of first Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft to six months due to problems encountered in the process of assembling aircraft. Analysts earlier expressed doubt that Boeing will be able to meet the delivery schedule. Apparently, the company occurred on the same rake as its European rival Airbus company in the production of its two-plane A380.
According to the company Boeing, its customers will receive the ordered aircraft only in late November or early December 2008 and the first flight of the new airliner will be held at the end I quarter of next year. This is the second postponement date of the first airplane flight.
Boeing noted that the transfer date of commencement of supply is not severely affect its profits. In this regard, the company has not revise earnings forecasts for 2007 and 2008. Meanwhile, analysts are not so optimistic assessment of the situation. In their view, return the company will suffer unless the companies fail to compensate for losses due to increased production of other aircraft. News to reschedule deliveries negatively affected the shares of companies that immediately proseli by 3%.
