The authorities have called on China to help small and medium enterprises

He stressed the need to reinforce political support for small and medium-sized enterprises, including ensuring fair market competition, the development and implementation of tax policies to promote the renewal of their products.

Chanchzhi Chen also called for improved financial and market services provided by medium and small enterprises.

According to him, for a long time to these enterprises accounted for only 10% of total loans provided by financial institutions. 80% of medium and small enterprises suffer from a lack of working capital. He stressed the need to promote cooperation and exchanges of small and medium enterprises to large enterprises and universities.
