Naftogaz: Russia’s gas price for Ukraine in 2010 will amount to $305-306 per thousand cubic meters
December 31, 2009 – 11:14 amRussia’s gas price for Ukraine in the first quarter of 2010 could reach $305-306 per 1000 cubic meters to $208.12 in the fourth quarter of 2009, reports Reuters referring to the representative of “Naftogaz Ukraine”.
According to the source, the exact cost of gas will be known early next year.
Under the current contract between Naftogaz and Gazprom, the gas price for Ukraine is determined each quarter by a special formula that takes into account world prices for raw materials.
