Stock trades in the U.S. indexes opened lower
March 12, 2010 – 5:00 amU.S. stock trading opened on Thursday against the backdrop of decline in the indices release data on inflation in China, which was above expectations, prompting fears of a possible rise in interest rates the country. As at 17:38, the Dow fell 0.26% to 10,539.82 points, the index of Nasdaq – on 0,37% to 2,350.15 points and the S & P 500 – by 0.28% to 1,142.41 points.
