North Korea has agreed to bring down its nuclear facilities
October 3, 2007 – 9:12 pmNorth Korea agreed to incapacitate its nuclear facilities in Yongbyon in exchange for U.S. commitment to exclude from the list of countries supporting terrorism. Such an agreement was reached on the next round of six-party talks, involving diplomats Russia, DPRK, U.S., China, South Korea and Japan held in Beijing from 27 to 30 September.
